The Veredus Magnetik Hoof and Hock Boots contain neodymium magnets and use magnetotherapy to help reduce pain and swelling, stimulate blood circulation, speed up the elimination of toxins, accelerate regeneration of cells and better prepare muscles and tendons for work.
Horses create energy through their cells, which produce an electric voltage to feed tissues and organs to keep them healthy and up to the job. However, this cell production can be compromised when the horse becomes injured or older, the weather turns cold or wet or the horse has worked hard, which often results in inflammation, stiffness or even pain. Magnetotherapy helps to restore the biological energy that’s needed to keep the horse fit and well, and it slows down the deterioration of tissues, helping to keep your horse’s body working as efficiently as it can.
The Magnetik Hoof Boots come equipped with 10 neomydium magnets per pair, which are strategically placed to work on the bulbs of the heels, pastern and hoof crown. With built in Aerox material and coated and bordered in Lycra, the boots ensure maximum comfort while helping to eliminate overheating in the lower limb by allowing just the right amount of air in and out.
The Magnetik Hock Boots contain 16 neomydium magnets per pair, and work in the same way as the Magnetik Hoof Boots but are shaped to fit perfectly on the hock. Not only designed for horses that are in top level competition with the stresses and strains on their hocks but are also ideal for retired competition horses or hunters looking for some relief during the damp and cold winter months. Hocks can always use a little extra help from magnetotherapy and the Veredus Magnetik Hock Boot will help keep our beloved horses working at their best.
